My formal training--real estate school and licensing--was completed in February of 2004. Since that time, I have been informally trained through working with the public, fellow agents and other entities that make selling real estate land & property possible. Since the industry is constantly changing & updating, I make those same adjustments by taking continuing education courses. I work primarily with buyers & sellers, and occasionally have the opportunity to help clients lease residential & commercial properties.Buyers assistance programs, community awareness seminars and relocation services are a few areas I've worked in. Currently, you can catch me studying for the upcoming Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) which will increase my skill level in all aspects of real estate. For my clients--for myself.
